A Direct-to-Consumer wellness brand is seeking a Video Designer to produce high-volume, scroll-stopping, high-converting Reels, TikToks, and paid-ad creatives using a blend of AI video generation and hands-on editing. This is a producer role, not a button-pusher role.

• Short-Form Ad & Reel Production: Produce a high volume of short-form video creatives for paid ads and organic social. Cut multiple variations of every concept for ad testing.
• AI Video Production: Generate and assemble video using AI platforms — Higgsfield (core), plus Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, or equivalents. Produce AI talking-head, faceless, and product-in-use creatives.
• AI Prompting & Workflow: Use Claude and other AI tools to write scripts, hooks, storyboards, shot lists, and generation prompts. Build repeatable prompt and production workflows.
• Direct-Response & Testing: Translate creative briefs from the media-buying team into clear, compelling video executions. Read the data with the buyers and iterate accordingly.
• Brand Consistency & Delivery: Keep every creative consistent with brand guidelines. Deliver within agreed timelines and manage the creative asset library.

• AI video platforms — hands-on, expert command of Higgsfield or a comparable tool (Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora). Non-negotiable; you must be productive from day one.
• AI prompting — able to use Claude to generate scripts, hooks, and video prompts.
• Video editing — strong in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut.
• AI image generation — able to produce supporting assets and thumbnails.
• Direct-response marketing — understanding of what makes ad creative convert.
• Task management — comfortable working in ClickUp (or Asana/Trello/Monday).
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of AI generation and video editing.

• You have 2–4 years producing short-form or motion video, ideally for DTC or performance-marketing brands.
• You are a confident, hands-on user of Higgsfield or a comparable AI video platform.
• You are a fluent AI prompter who uses Claude and similar tools to move faster.
• You understand direct-response creative — hooks, angles, and edits built to drive purchases.
• You work fast and at volume, and you iterate based on ad performance rather than personal taste.
• You are self-directed — you produce to a brief without hand-holding and hit deadlines.
• You understand your job is to produce creatives that convert and sell — at speed and at scale.
