• Create engaging short and long-form video content for Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Status.
• Edit raw footage with transitions, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Write scripts and storyboards, produce tutorials and vendor success stories, and create promo videos for launches and campaigns.
• Add captions, subtitles, lower thirds, and branded elements.
• Manage video assets and revise based on performance data.
• Design social media graphics, carousels, infographics, banners, flyers, email templates, pitch decks, and event materials.
• Create vendor testimonial and community spotlight content, UI mockups, app screenshots, and maintain a consistent brand identity and asset library.

• 1-3 years experience in video editing and content creation.
• Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Pro, or Figma.
• Strong grasp of short-form video, pacing, colour grading, and sound design.
• Good typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of platform specs and Nigerian/African audience trends.
• Ability to conceptualise original ideas, manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and take feedback well.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• A strong portfolio of video and design work is required.
