I'm looking for a skilled and reliable video editor for a long-term, high-value project. This is a long-term collaboration, not a one-off gig. We're talking bulk video work with a total project value in lakhs. As we grow together, so does the work — and the pay.

What You'll Be Working On

• Bulk video editing across multiple projects.
• Motion graphics — transitions, animated text, visual effects, intros/outros.
• Clean, professional edits with great pacing, color, and audio.
• Revisions and refinements as part of the workflow.

Payment Structure — Transparent & Fair

• 50% upfront before you start editing.
• 50% after the final edit is delivered.
• Revisions are included in the agreed price.
• Consistent work means consistent income for the right person.
• Long-term = potential for higher rates as trust builds.

• Strong motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Solid editing fundamentals — cuts, pacing, color grading, audio sync.
• Ability to handle bulk volume without dropping quality.
• Reliable, communicative, and deadline-driven.
• Open to both freelancers and small editing studios.
