We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our client's real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases luxury properties, strengthens brand visibility, and supports marketing and sales efforts across digital platforms. This role requires a strong visual storyteller with experience in shooting, editing, and delivering engaging real estate video content that appeals to prospective buyers and investors.

• Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
• Job Type: Full-time

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property listings, site inspections, walkthroughs, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, website, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop video concepts aligned with branding and sales objectives.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio tools.
• Edit videos using industry-standard software to ensure professional-quality output.
• Manage video content library and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with current video trends, especially in real estate and digital marketing.
• Cover company events, client engagements, and property launches when required.

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a videographer; experience in real estate is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Portfolio or sample works is required.
• Proficiency in drone operation (handling, pictures and making videos) is required.
