• Capture and produce high-quality video content for property listings, site tours, and promotional campaigns
• Edit videos for use on social media, website, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging content ideas
• Handle lighting, sound, and camera setup for shoots
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Stay up to date with video trends and real estate marketing best practices

• Proven experience as a Videographer (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
