Flinx Group operates within the real estate and hospitality industry, seeking a creative and performance-driven Videographer & Video Editor to produce compelling visual content that drives engagement, attracts qualified leads, and strengthens brand visibility.

Videography

• Shoot property walkthroughs, lifestyle content, testimonials, and brand campaigns.
• Direct and guide on-camera talent confidently during shoots.
• Contribute creative ideas and improve content concepts proactively.
• Capture visually engaging content using strong composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques.
• Manage filming equipment and ensure shoot readiness at all times.

Video Editing

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and digital campaigns.
• Create engaging edits with strong pacing, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and sound design.
• Produce both vertical and landscape content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads.
• Deliver content within fast turnaround timelines without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve scripts and creative direction.

• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and content flow.
• Ability to create emotionally engaging and conversion-focused content.
• Strong awareness of current Nigerian social media and digital content trends.
• Fast execution, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content within real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing visual content.
• Experience creating content for both organic and paid campaigns.
