SplashDict Limited is recruiting on behalf of a prominent partner organisation in Lagos State.

We are seeking a disciplined and highly professional Executive / VIP Driver to provide secure, reliable, and confidential transportation services to senior executives.

The role requires strong safety awareness, excellent knowledge of Lagos routes, high emotional intelligence, and strict adherence to VIP service standards.

Executive Transportation & Safety

• Provide safe and timely transportation for all official assignments
• Plan routes and alternatives to avoid traffic and security risks
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Vehicle & Logistics Management

• Ensure the vehicle is clean, serviced, fuelled, and roadworthy at all times
• Maintain vehicle documentation and service records
• Assist with luggage, errands, and protocol support when required

Service Excellence

• Deliver professional chauffeur and VIP support services
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a calm, respectful disposition

• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence
• Minimum of five (5) years' professional driving experience
• Demonstrated experience as an executive or VIP driver (added advantage)
• Strong defensive driving and safety management skills
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic navigation tools
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
• Minimum of SSCE qualification (higher qualification is an added advantage)
• Willingness to undergo background and reference checks
