We're looking for a Customer Service Intern to provide top-notch support to our clients remotely. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high satisfaction standards.

· Job Mode: Remote
· Work Days: Saturday, Sunday (compulsory) + Monday to Friday (6pm-12am)
· Pay: ₦70,000/month
· Job Type: Internship

· Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
· Provide product information and updates.
· Meet daily customer satisfaction targets.
· Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.
· Maintain accurate records of interactions.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
· Customer service experience (preferred but not required for internship).
· Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
· Available for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday-Friday (6pm-12am).
