• Deliver practical training sessions on virtual assistance.
• Teach email/calendar, document/data and project management.
• Train students on research, CRM and collaboration tools.
• Guide students in VA specialisations, portfolios and personal branding.
• Teach social media, website management and basic automation.
• Teach service packaging, pricing and client acquisition.
• Evaluate student progress and provide mentorship.
