• Provide administrative assistance including email handling, scheduling and document management
• Manage product listings, inventory updates and order processing on e-commerce platforms
• Create, schedule and monitor social media content across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Update and maintain website content, troubleshoot minor technical issues and liaise with developers
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Analyse sales and traffic data to recommend improvements in marketing and product strategy
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and social media channels in a timely manner
• Prepare weekly performance reports for management review

• Proven experience (0-2 years) in virtual assistance, e-commerce or digital marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and social media management tools
• Basic knowledge of website content and management systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
