- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, English/Humanities, or a related field.
- NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible work experience in applying regulatory material and in public contact work.
- Fluent speaking/reading/writing in English and in Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa.
- Detailed knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Understanding of computer-based NIV and IV programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work to suit team needs.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a public trust clearance.
