ALTES is a Gen Z–led, non-partisan civic advocacy organization committed to strengthening Nigeria’s democracy through youth-driven electoral reform.

We are currently implementing a national advocacy campaign titled “Stronger Reform, Stronger Nation,” focused on promoting key electoral reforms that enhance transparency, inclusion, accountability, and public trust in Nigeria’s electoral process. The campaign engages young Nigerians through digital advocacy, research, policy dialogue, community mobilization, and media engagement to ensure youth voices are central to shaping Nigeria’s democratic future.

This volunteer opportunity is open to passionate individuals who believe in credible elections, democratic accountability, and active civic participation. Volunteers will contribute their time, skills, and ideas across various roles including communications, research, community mobilization, design, media, and coordination.
