We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a smart, customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to support daily restaurant operations and deliver an excellent dining experience. • Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they are seated comfortably and attended to promptly
• Present menus clearly, provide accurate information about food and beverage options, and make appropriate recommendations when necessary
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary
• Prepare and present bills accurately, process payments, and ensure correct cash handling procedures are followed
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Uphold the restaurant's brand image through professional conduct, grooming, and positive interaction with guests

• Minimum of an OND
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
