Maurice Xandra Solutions is a recruitment firm hiring on behalf of a growing solar equipment wholesaler and technical training centre in Lagos. The client operates across warehousing, inventory, logistics, and training centre activities within the renewable energy sector. This role supports those operations at the warehouse and workshop level.

• Assist with receiving, unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming stock
• Support picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
• Ensure products are properly labelled and stored in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping standards
• Assist with stock counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation
• Update inventory records and stock movement logs
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received products promptly
• Assist in preparing customer deliveries and collection orders
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners when required
• Ensure delivery and shipment documentation is accurate and complete
• Assist with preparing equipment and materials for technical training programmes
• Support workshop setup and breakdown activities
• Help maintain tools, training equipment, and demonstration materials
• Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Participate in training on warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and renewable energy products

• OND, NCE, Technical College qualification, or equivalent
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and email
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong willingness to learn and develop practical warehouse skills
• Ability to safely lift and move products in line with warehouse guidelines
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Added Advantage

• Previous internship, NYSC, warehouse, logistics, or stock management experience
• Interest or experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or renewable energy
• Familiarity with inventory or stock control systems
• Basic knowledge of solar products or electrical equipment
