As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse/Inventory Officer to join our Lagos head office team.

Location: Lagos Head Office

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock documentation.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and safe handling of all items.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reorder processes.
• Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure warehouse processes comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse activity reports for management review.

• 3–5 years experience in warehouse, inventory management, or related roles.
• Degree in Statistics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
