The Warehouse Operations Officer will receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods, support inventory counting and stock reconciliation, ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, monitor warehouse cleanliness and safety, prepare dispatch documentation, coordinate loading activities, work with production and logistics teams, minimize stock losses, and generate warehouse reports.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods.
• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper storage and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate loading activities.
• Operate within established warehouse procedures and controls.
• Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in minimizing stock losses and operational inefficiencies.
• Generate basic warehouse and inventory reports.

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial, Management, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• University and Polytechnic graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Applicants must reside in Port Harcourt, South-South/South-East region, or be willing to relocate and work in Port Harcourt.
