• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming stock and deliveries against purchase orders
• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for timely dispatch
• Confirm outgoing orders and assist with daily shipment coordination and documentation
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse space adhering to hygiene standards
• Support general logistics operations including labeling, tagging, and staging goods
• Assist with regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Carry out ad-hoc duties necessary to keep warehouse operations smooth and seamless
• Report damaged goods or discrepancies immediately to supervisors for resolution
• Ensure proper handling of fragile skincare products to prevent breakage or spoilage

• Highly organized, reliable, and punctual with strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently on tasks while collaborating effectively as part of team
• Good communication skills and meticulous attention to detail for order accuracy
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and handling stock safely
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment with fluctuating volumes
• Basic numeracy skills for counting stock and verifying quantities accurately
