• Weigh inbound and outbound trucks accurately
• Verify vehicle, customer, material, and tonnage details
• Receive and inspect incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders
• Update records and maintain accurate documentation
• Scan, file, and email documents as required
• Complete inspection sheets and administrative reports
• Report delivery, transport, quality, and safety issues promptly
• Respond to phone enquiries and support general administrative tasks
