We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Well Test Operations Manager to lead and oversee surface well testing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring equipment readiness, maintaining strict HSE compliance, and delivering high-quality service to clients within the oil and gas sector.

1. Oversee and manage surface well testing operations across multiple locations
2. Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of well test equipment
3. Lead field teams and supervise operational activities to meet project objectives
4. Plan and coordinate job execution in line with client requirements
5. Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and company policies
6. Maintain strong client relationships and provide technical support when required
7. Prepare operational reports and performance evaluations

1. Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in surface well testing operations
2. Strong hands-on knowledge of well test equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
3. Proven leadership and field supervision experience
4. Excellent job planning, coordination, and execution skills
5. Sound knowledge of HSE practices in oil & gas operations
6. Strong client management and communication skills
7. Relevant Engineering degree or technical certification is an added advantage
