I am looking for someone to help with my wholesaling business. I have CSV/Excel files of motivated sellers and good deals analyzed by AI. I need someone to handle skip tracing, turn cold leads into warm leads via cold calling, and help get owners interested in selling. I cannot efficiently do this myself and need assistance.
