Legend Golden Care Foundation (LGCF) is a non-governmental organization that drives impact through legal support services, rehabilitation, psychosocial support, advocacy, and empowerment programs.

A passionate, outspoken, brilliant, and driven young lawyer is needed to support the Access to Justice Program in Abuja. You will work closely with the team to advance legal support for underserved populations, including women, survivors of violence, and individuals in detention. This is a full-time role that involves both office and field settings.

• Provide legal support and assist with case management
• Assist in the design and delivery of legal support services, access to justice, and human rights programs
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and community members
• Contribute to research, documentation, and reporting
• Support advocacy, awareness, and capacity building initiatives
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
• Participate in internal learning, knowledge-sharing, and team meetings

• Law degree (LLB) and called to the Bar
• 1–3 years post-call experience (NYSC members may apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated work or volunteer experience with a non-governmental organization (NGO)
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Demonstrated interest in human rights, gender justice, or social impact work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
