• Turn scripts and creative briefs into engaging YouTube videos.
• Edit faceless YouTube videos using footage, images, graphics, music, sound effects, and animations.
• Create strong visual sequences that support the story and keep viewers engaged.
• Use AI tools to assist with video production, voiceovers, visuals, and other content.
• Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Work closely with the YouTube Manager to execute video concepts and instructions.
• Produce videos consistently according to agreed deadlines.
• Make revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across each channel.
• Organise project files, assets, and finished videos properly.
• Experiment with different editing styles and formats to improve audience retention.
• Stay up to date with YouTube video editing and content trends.

• Previous experience editing YouTube videos.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Good knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered video and content creation tools.
• Good eye for visuals, timing, music, and sound.
• Able to follow a script and creative direction while also bringing your own ideas.
• Very organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and experiment.
• Fast, focused, and highly reliable.
• A portfolio of previous video editing work is preferred.
