We're hiring an experienced Import & Export Manager with strong technical knowledge of IMPEX processes to manage client accounts end-to-end and ensure accurate execution of import and export operations.

• Provide technical leadership on import/export processes, documentation, and trade compliance
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely updates, service delivery, and issue resolution
• Oversee Form M, LC, PAAR, permits, customs clearance, and shipping documentation
• Coordinate port operations, shipment tracking, and stakeholder engagements
• Ensure full compliance, zero documentation errors, and adherence to agreed timelines

• 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in import/export or clearing & forwarding
• Strong technical understanding of customs, port operations, and trade documentation
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and stakeholders effectively
