The NYSC Associate will support the legal team in delivering high-quality legal services across litigation, advisory, and corporate matters. This role provides an opportunity for corps members to gain hands-on experience in a structured, international law firm environment while contributing to client service delivery and daily legal operations.

• Conduct legal research and draft memos.
• Support litigation, corporate, and advisory matters.
• Assist with client documentation and court processes.
• Participate in contract drafting and review.
• Handle day-to-day legal and administrative tasks within the firm.
• Support compliance and regulatory documentation where required.

• LL.B and B.L (First Class preferably; minimum Second Class Upper).
• Valid NYSC status (serving or posted to Lagos).
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly professional.
