IFPRI seeks three qualified candidates to serve as Interns in its Development Strategies and Governance Unit under the Nigeria Support Strategy Program (NSSP). The internship offers hands-on experience in research, policy analysis, and professional development within an international research and development organization.
- Job Location: Abuja, Nigeria
- Salary: Paid internship (amount not specified)
- Employment Type: Internship (3 months, renewable for another 3 months based on performance)

The International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) is an international research and development organization focused on food security, nutrition, agriculture, and policy analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews on food security, nutrition, agriculture, and other related topics as assigned
- Assist with survey design, data collection, and fieldwork activities
- Clean, organize, and manage datasets
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, OR graduated within the last 6 months with a Master's degree in a related field
- Basic knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- Working knowledge of at least one statistical software package (preferably R or Stata) or geospatial analysis tools
