Avetium Consult Limited is a professional services firm that connects talent with opportunities across various sectors. This internship role is with a client in the Enterprise Marketing division, focusing on the Corporate & Public Sector.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Segment Performance & Insights Intern to join the Enterprise Marketing team (Corporate & Public Sector). This is a 3–6 month hybrid internship based in Lagos. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to monitor product and segment performance, track issues to resolution, and translate data into actionable insights.

• Performance Monitoring & BI Collaboration: Work with the BI team to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly product and segment performance. Review dashboards and reports to identify gaps, anomalies, and underperformance, and catalogue these observations in a structured manner.
• Issue Tracking & Follow-through: Log issues identified from BI reports, customer feedback, and internal reviews. Actively follow up with relevant stakeholders (product, sales, IT, support, finance) to drive resolution and track issues to closure.
• Insights & Analysis: Collate insights from customers, account teams, and internal meetings. Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into concise summaries to support recommendations for product and engagement improvements.
• Reporting & Visibility: Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates. Maintain simple dashboards, trackers, and action logs while highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and presentations. Maintain organised documentation of segment performance and resolutions to support internal reviews and planning sessions.
• General Support: Assist with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, special projects, and the planning of customer engagements.

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to BI tools or reporting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Knowledge of BI dashboards and internal performance trackers is a plus.
